I start with all minor items first around skimmers, return fittings, lights and cracks. If all that looks good then we move onto pressure test. All pool plumbing if leak is found then we locate the exact location of the leak, then break up small area of concrete, dig down to repair broken pipe, we will then cover back up and pour new concrete.
